What is an Astral Cat?

         Fantasy:
Long ago, when mankind was driving the dragons into extinction, there were many ways dragons escaped notice. While other groups of dragons hid amongst humans, or in an alternate universe connected to our own, a few groups of dragons observed a small mammal that all but ran human kind. Humans served them food, let them into their homes, and did just about anything they wanted, unlike the larger mammals they kept in their home which obeyed humans without question, and did labors for them. They soon found out that these two animals were domesticated versions of the large cats and wolves they knew so well. The dragons, known as Astral Dragons, intermixed with the domesticated cats, and became another species called Astral Cats. Over time they interbred with the house cats and created a new species of cat called an Astral cat. The cats still show the bright colors and markings of their dragon ancestors but with a mostly black pelt. They also show dragon like wings, spines, and horns.
In rare circumstances white Astral Cats do exist. In the past there were brown, grey, and a dusty black coloration but they seem to have gone extinct .
Each Astral Cat has it's own special power. They only have one ability and it's usually rather specific. (Not Manipulating fire + fire breathing, just one or the other. Another example is shape shifting, they can only change into one or two (Maximum) other animals. Their powers have been weakened by the introduction of the cat genes.

         RealWorld:
I was trying to cram as many different variations into a petz file as I could. I started out with the idea of making a new version of Supernova's Bastet but I couldn't make anything decent so I created my own breed. When separated from the boundaries of Supernova's breed it became a separate and awesome creature.
On the Petz Unibreed page you can look at some pictures of the Petz file and if you are lucky enough to have a version of petz you can download it into your game.
When I thought I couldn't play Petz anymore I created the adoptable to keep it alive for me and open it to other people without Petz.
