     Endos Rel is a planet on the far reaches of the universe. The climate is for the most part tropical but the temperature drops towards the poles leaving forests and tundras on the north and south ends of the planet. The equator on Endos Rel is reduced to desert from extreme temperatures.
     Space travel, or any other means of interstellar travel, is impossible to use to get to Endos Rel. There is a giant Ourbourus dragon that lives in the planet's obit and eats anything that comes near it. The Ourbourus is an entity made of energy that cannot be harmed in any way. From time to time the Ourbourus will shed a scale that will fall to the planet below. On contact with the planet it vanishes but on entry it tears a hole in the fabric of space creating a portal. These portals always lead to and from Earth for unknown reasons.
     The Ourbourus is an immortal creature that is said to have been around since the beginning of time. The portals have let many species enter the planet throughout time so Endos Rel has a variety of living dinosaurs and other ancient creatures.
     Dragon-kind has known of the portals and the Orbourus for millennia. When the humans threatened to drive the dragons into extinction they fled to Endos Rel.
